+ Please book free pick-up at least 2 hours before the desired time slot.

+ Pick-up time may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions. 

+ For areas other than SF, Berkeley, and Oakland downtown, please use the

   UPS Free Drop-Off service.

+ Pickup service does not require a drop-off label.
